On alighting from the bus, face the inside wall and you will see an exit to your left, near the wall. Take this exit and turn immediately right, going through the underpass. This brings you up to a foyer for the Broadmarsh shopping centre. Turn right and go through the doors into the shopping centre (still open as a thoroughfare after hours) and go throught he other side. You are now in a pedestrian area which heads up hill. Follow this until you get to the church on the right having past Hotel Chocolat on the right. Looking ahead and slightly left you will see the frontage for the Virgin Megastore. Walk up past this and you will be able to see the end of Old Market Square to the right of Burtons. Straight ahead you will see Market Street which has the Theatre Royal at the top. Walk up towards the theatre and past it to the left. As you pass it you will see a tall fenced-off white building and if you look up the road to your left you will be able to see the entrance to Rock City.

On Alighting from the bus, follow the slope down to the doors at the end (not the left) and follow the path round to the left. You will see the road bend round to the right ahead of you. Follow that and at the end (with Rose Of England on right), turn left. Almost opposite there is a road off to the right, next to the Sony Centre. Take that road past the police station and at the traffic lights turn left. You will see the tall white fenced-off building to your right and you turn right to pass in front of it. Rock City is approx 60yds ahead on that road just round the corner.

Turn to face the council building (the domed one) and to your left is Market Street. At the top you will see the Theatre Royal. Walk up the road and pass to the left of the theatre and when you reach the road you will see the entrance to Rock City to your left.
